Would you like to cancel an order from our online shop?
You can conveniently submit your cancellation request using this form.

Simply fill in the required information and click “Cancel Contract”. We will process your request as quickly as possible and first send you an email confirming receipt of your cancellation. Once your request has been reviewed, you will also receive a separate notification informing you of the outcome.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products.
